MONOCORE® 3D is an integral structure panel patented by Metalleido Components, company of the Abet Laminati group. This innovative panel has truly revolutionized the way of looking at a sandwich: It consists of a three-dimensional glass fabric impregnated with phenolic resin.
02 Technical Data
technical description
The material used and the special production process combine to create a monoblock structure in which the top and the bottom skins are completely integrated with the inner core. The result is a remarkably strong , but lightweight panel. These panels are supplied with raw surfaces or different covering materials in standard format or cutted to required sizes; folded with a minimum radius of 10 mm. Bigger format can be supplied only with laminate covering. They can be worked with standard wood-working machine.
