Chalet Béranger is located in St. Martin de Belleville, a village in the middle of Les 3 Vallées, one of the world's largest ski resort regions. The three-storey chalet, which boasts a total of 530 sq.m. in surface area, is the brainchild of interior designer and designer Noé Duchaufour Lawrance. Anyone expecting to encounter the atmosphere of a simply mountain cabin could not be more wrong. The interior houses a contemporary and sensitive interpretation of a comfortable chalet.

There are fluid transitions between the rooms and instead of the wooden floor boards you might have anticipated, the architect has opted for polished cast cement. The wall modules likewise run smoothly from one room to the next and, using different materials, separate the public from the private rooms in visual terms. Pride of place in the chalet goes to the rooms on the second floor. Here, across a footprint of 150 square meters, there are five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a hot tub and a playroom. The adjacent barn contains additional bedrooms and a spacious lounge area. An annex with an additional 100 square meters in size serves as a guesthouse.
