01 Material Profile
material description
être (the French verb 'To Be') is an organic texture inspired by the markings in granite. The subtle texture was initially designed in 1993 to meet the design demand for representations of nature in architecture. This design has been re-engineered for Berman Glass editions and offers the aesthetic qualities of hand made kiln-cast glass in a volume product. The design is not directional and should be glazed to the customer's preferred orientation.
être is an organic texture inspired by the markings in granite. A non-directional texture pattern repeats every 27" (675mm)
