Enzo Mari geb. 1932 in Novara. Studium an der Accademia delle Belle Arti in Milano.
Als Wissenschaftler und Künstler Kurse in Parma, Florenz, Mailand, Carrara gehalten.

Entwürfe: Möbelsysteme (Gavina, 1974) und Modulmöbel (Bric-System für Driade, 1977).
Seit 1993 arbeitet er für die KPM (Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur) Berlin.

Mehrfach ausgezeichnet mit dem Compasso d'Oro: 1967 für "die persönlichen Forschungen im Design", 1976 für den Stuhl Delfina für Driade und
1987 für den Stuhl Tonietta für Zanotta.
