Product description
Dinesen manufactures solid plank floors with unique character and format, which create a distinguished foundation for beautiful homes.
With a thickness of up to 35 mm, widths of up to 45 cm, and lengths of up to 15 m, Dinesen Douglas planks stand apart from the ordinary. A Dinesen Floor is also not kept in stock. To the contrary, it is made exclusively for the particular requirements of each individual project.
Each tree is chosen on the basis of the following quality criteria: colour, year rings, knots and harmony. The manufacture of the solid planks then follows a strictly controlled process: from sawing to kiln drying, edge cutting to planing and then sanding. Throughout this process every single plank is carefully checked to ensure that it lives up to the high quality which defines a Dinesen floor.
The floor can be treated with soap, oil or lacquered depending on the surface desired.
