Product description
The Gira KNX/EIB Instabus presence detectors Standard and Comfort allow automatic light control together with the Gira Instabus KNX/EIB system. To this purpose they are installed in a flush-mounted bus coupler in the ceiling which connects them to the control line of the Instabus system. Above a specified brightness in the room and a movement they send configured messages to Instabus actuators. These then switch, dim or control the devices assigned to them such as the lighting, heating, ventilation, etc.
The time and brightness level can be modified by means of potentiometers at the devices and the current brightness value can be stored directly as the switching threshold by means of the teach-in function. The Gira Instabus KNX/EIB presence detector Comfort can furthermore be switched from the current daylight or night mode into signal mode by means of a push switch assigned to it and can thus be used as an alarm motion detector.
