After the great success of his wall clocks max bill designed in 1962 a small collection of wrist watches with hand-winding mechanical movement. These designs found a place in the most important design collections around the world, among others in the permanent collection of the museum of modern art in New York. These watches now come along with an automatic movement as well as a wider diameter.
