Mobility in the cities of tomorrow

What will our cities look like in 2030 – and how will we get around them? It’s not just the international architectural firms which take part in the biennial “Audi Urban Future Award” that spend a great deal of time and effort studying the questions surrounding the transportation of tomorrow – the online, English-language platform mooove.com and the accompanying context-based search engine we.mooove.com do too. Interesting texts and articles accompanied by a variety of images provide an informed account of the mobility situation in a range of metropolises across the world, including those examined by the architectural firms for the “Audi Urban Future Award 2012”: Mumbai (firm: CRIT), Boston/Washington (firm: Höweler + Yoon Architecture, winner of the Audi Urban Future Award 2012), Istanbul (Superpool), Sao Paolo (Urban-Think Tank) and Pearl River Delta (NODE Architecture).

Furthermore, the contextual search machine we.mooove.com searches for articles and news reports that are relevant to the respective articles featured on design and architecture sites and social media networks as well as real-time information and news site Twitter.

The international platform was devised, designed, written and edited by Stylepark AG (concept & editorial) in collaboration with Dutch agency Lust (concept, design & programming) and the Audi Urban Future Initiative.

Live since October 2012, you can view the platform online at www.mooove.com. Designed as a “work in progress” from the very outset, the platform will be subject to further modification and optimization throughout 2013.
