Rikke Hagen explains:"A tin opener is a kitchen utensil that everyone uses and which we can never find when we need it. We have now given it a shape and a colour so that it no longer gets lost in among knives, forks and spoons. The idea behind the tin opener's grip function is a butterfly nut. It incorporates a multi-grip design because we all grip tin openers differently. Our tin opener is easily recognisable because of its 'butterfly' design, but the idea derives from a tool." Butterfly is handy, the grip is ergonomic and the colour makes it easy to locate in the drawer. It comes in eight different colours and can be put in the dishwasher.
