01 Material Profile
material description
ATEX Screen 300 is a medium weight, high performance glass fibre fabric impregnated and coated with specially formulated, fire retardant silicones for use as interior textile ceiling membranes, solar shading, sunscreen systems, curtains, canopies and awnings. The silicone coating makes it extremely temperature resistant (from -50°C to +200°C) and the weave style allows light to enter consistently but prevents undesirable glare. ATEX Screens are non-combustible and there are no emissions of toxic fumes or molten drips at high temperatures. The material is treated to resist wicking along the fibres.
