01 product description
Product description
The frameless high-tech window opens rooms up to four metres in height either manually or automatically at the push of a button. Sky-Frame meets the strictest of requirements with regard to design and appearance, insulation, airtightness and imperviousness to rain. Consistent thermal separation provides excellent insulation values, which is the product's most important sole differentiation feature on the market. In 2006 Sky-Frame was therefore presented with the "Window façade architecture, synthesis - architect and industry" innovation award. The surrounding aluminium frame is installed flush in the wall, ceiling and floor. A narrow 20 mm mullion is all that can be seen in places where two elements overlap. The system consists of 30 mm thick panes of insulated glass that are mounted in a fibre glass profile. The sliding elements can consist of wings with an area of up to 6 square metres.
