El saber no ocupa lugar, pero sin embargo los libros siguen haciendo mucho bulto. Mientras no sean virtuales, las publicaciones impresas seguirán ocupando espacio en las bibliotecas, que necesitan de un mobiliario específico para ellas. Pete Sans ha desarrollado para Bd Ediciones de Diseño un nuevo programa, el sistema store, que tiene la durabilidad y el fácil mantenimiento del aluminio y se caracteriza por su gran versatilidad. Estantes modulares que pueden crecer hasta el infinito, a pared o exentos, revistero, mueble para cedés, soportes para libros y de lectura, además de un práctico carrito para transportar cómodamente los libros. Para no perderse entre los pasillos de las grandes bibliotecas se ofrece también un código de colores que se suma a los elementos de señalética.
