La idea del Alcove Sofa es que un sofá puede ir más allá de un mero mueble. Esto resulta especialmente evidente en el Alcove Highback Sofa, con unos paneles laterales y un respaldo extremadamente altos. Al sentarnos en el Alcove Highback Sofa, desde el exterior no es posible vernos ni oírnos, por lo que nos encontraremos en un rincón íntimo. Las excepcionales propiedades acústicas y la separación óptica del Alcove Highback Sofa permiten crear verdaderas islas de tranquilidad en viviendas con grandes espacios; algo que se subraya si se colocan dos sofás enfrentados, creando un área perfectamente aislada dentro de otra sala.
