Non-rebated doors have been completely in line with the trend observed over the past few years. Following this tendency, we have launched our BaSys DX Concealed Hinges, an outstanding multi-functional product line of concealed hinges exclusively designed for this door type. While at present no other hinge manufacturer offers a similar sophisticated programme of concealed hinges, the BaSys company has developed the proprietary functional principle of DX with its three-dimensional adjustability.
Always offered as a complete unit made of aluminium or solid steel, our DX hinges carry door weights of 40, 60, 100 and 200 kg up to 300 kg depending on the type. They can be optionally fitted to block and casing frames as well as to steel frames. Besides, we are continuously focused on a customer-orientated expansion of our successful product line. Our latest innovation is the Concealed Hinge DX58 3-D. It features a new design which – along with an increased load capacity up to 58 kg – presents the same slim appearance as the DX40 type and is therefore equally suitable for smaller rabbet depths.
