With the new Elio single-lever mixer, the main focus is on functionality. The value of design is never underestimated, and with Elio can be seen in the very clever use of new technologies. The new woven hose used in the single-lever mixer was developed to meet the high requirements for retractable tips and spray heads: it is kink resistant, delivering smooth and quiet movement when extended and retracted. These properties provide particularly convenient handling at and around the kitchen sink. The colour of the woven hose co-ordinates well with the chrome and matt platinum finishes of the fittings. With its new single-lever mixer with retractable tip, Dornbracht complements its existing product range by adding a product type that is popular in today's market: kitchen users value retractable fittings to increase functionality as they considerably enlarge the radius of activity of the spout. Thanks to its high-quality, solid design, the retractable tip of this new fitting is particularly durable and offers a pleasant feel and ease of operation. The Elio series is a perfect fit for the modern kitchen. With its round form it harmoniously combines with contemporary kitchen materials. The design pays particular attention to providing ergonomic support for everyday sequences of movement. The best examples of this are the new single-lever mixer with retractable tip and the version with a retractable spray head with which the user can also switch back and forth between aerator and powerful spray.
