To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the classic rug Bravoure, acclaimed designer Cristian Zuzunaga has given Bravoure a colourful and fresh expression The four new contemporary vibrant colourways, balance pastel and bright shades: very different to the original, yet sharing its pioneering and timeless qualities. The four new colours are inspired by the idea of celebration, and the colours and atmosphere of Barcelona, where Cristian Zuzunaga has recently returned, after living in London for 13 years. Cristian Zuzunaga: 'The vibrant colours are reminiscent of coral reefs and sunsets. They work with the rich structure of Bravoure to create a narrative, which represents how I see the multicultural world of today '. Cristian Zuzunaga has designed the new colours to complement the combination of thick and thin yarns, which characterises the structure of Bravoure Cristian Zuzunaga: 'With these new colourways, every time you look at Bravoure, it reveals subtle little details and contrasts that tease the eye. The rug has a natural, organic expression that is random yet balanced'.
