The private residence stands on a steep slope in Kitzbühel in Austria. The architects at Hamburg's Splendid Architecture designed the residence, a luxurious villa with a very high-grade interior. The complete outside of the building is covered with planks of old Tyrolian wood that in part jut out over the openings in the façade. In this way, the view inside from the outside and vice versa is impeded in some areas, such as the sauna, more strongly than in the residential sections of the house.
