What is the function of a kitchen? With the pace of modern life, the central role of eating and dining has changed as our hectic lifestyles dictate less time for the actual preparation of food. Whilst we require our kitchen to perform more efficiently, we also want it to be an adaptable space, that works on both a functional and aesthetic level. The kitchen should enhance the space in which it exists, even when unused, when it becomes a sculptural and pure form. You actually do not need a huge space for cooking. most important is the pleasure of cooking itself, fine ingredients, stimulating tastes and happy moments in being together.
