A new sofa called “Haiku” testifies to the fantastic collaboration between Fredericia and the Danish-Italian architectural duo GamFratesi.
Japanese Haiku poems describe in ultra short form sensual experiences – a feeling, something seen or something heard. These sensory impressions are behind GamFratesi’s design of this floating sofa with its rigid, enveloping exterior and inviting, comfortable seat.
Slim legs, a hard shell and an intimate interior beautifully contrast to create a sense of protection and curiosity.
