Seine Vielseitigkeit zeigt sich in dem breiten Spektrum seiner Entwurfstätigkeit, von Inneneinrichtungen, über Beleuchtung, Möbel bis hin zu Accessoires. Neelands Entwürfe werden von Anta, Authentics, Classicon, Dornbracht, Montina, Rosenthal und WMF gefertigt.
