Sammode's spirit combines the commitment of a human-sized company with the rigor of a specialist. **Humanism** Sammode is above all a human, family-owned and independent industrial company. For four generations, we have cultivated this rare and precious heritage to which we are very attached. **Quality & improvement** Our technological and industrial choices are the result of this state of mind. We have always designed and manufactured functional lighting fixtures, recognized for their performance and quality. We are constantly improving our products by improving their design, selecting the best materials and integrating new technologies after validation in our laboratory. Because we control the production chain from start to finish, from design to manufacturing, we are able to guarantee the best quality. Robustness, watertightness, resistance, reliability and adaptability characterize our luminaires. This is what makes our reputation. **Correctness** One principle guides our actions: whatever is necessary, only what is necessary. For Sammode, technology must not be spectacular or hidden. Instead, the challenge is to combine efficiency and simplicity. Less is more. **Honesty** Honesty is at the heart of our approach. Listening to and analyzing customer needs, finding and recommending appropriate solutions, designing lighting fixtures, selecting materials and components, and ensuring the quality of manufacturing and assembly: everything must be based on a rigorous, technical, open, and honest approach to the challenges and expectations of our customers. This honesty is the basis of our respect for our customers, our employees and our suppliers. **Commitment** As a human company, we attach great value to individual commitment. Our commitment to our customers includes understanding their needs, finding the right solutions, making the right choices, and providing quality workmanship. We advise them and find the appropriate solutions to their challenges, while respecting technical and budgetary constraints. Committed to our customers, we value their loyalty and that of our employees by establishing relationships of trust and cooperation. The choice of materials, the durability of products, the economy of production and packaging, and above all the concentration of production as close as possible to our customers: these are our key principles. Thus, manufacturing high-performance and reliable equipment reduces maintenance requirements and the number of units to be produced. The advice we give to our customers applies the same vision.
