JAKU folgt nicht der Idee von Perfektion, sondern der Schönheit des Gewachsenen. Inspiriert von der Wabi-Sabi-Philosophie übersetzt Peter Fehrentz Vergänglichkeit, Materialität und Unregelmäßigkeit in ein skulpturales Objekt von stiller Präsenz.

Die keramischen Trageelemente bilden eine archaisch wirkende Basis. Ihre grobe, lebendige Oberfläche entsteht durch einen hohen Schamottanteil und traditionelle Fertigung – jedes Element ein Unikat. In der ovalen Ausführung entwickelt JAKU eine kraftvolle, beinahe architektonische Spannung.

Gefertigt in Portugal, verbindet der Tisch handwerkliche Tiefe mit formaler Klarheit. JAKU ist kein lautes Statement, sondern ein Objekt von ruhiger Autorität.
