Inspired by a calligraphic, almost arabesque, flourish on a eastern feeling canvas and the aim to solve a well-known issue in the world of upholstery. The desire to separate the different components to make the design sustainable. Creativity fuelled by the desire to divide the materials that make up seat led us to a creation which playfully gives the idea of the various textiles and foam being set like a precious jewel.
Like a turban, the fabric is held in place by the metal frame and can be adapted to every season by simply changing the fabric which lies like a veil over the seat padding.
