The Greca rug is produced with a double layer of felt. This rug is created by folding felt strips to obtain elements with a width of cm. 18 each. The strips surface is embroidered with Punto Matelassé; the strips are then sewn together with Punto Zigzag. The border feature Punto Pettine. The number of the strips varies according to the dimension of the rug. Due to the special technique used to create the strips, the rug is always produced with a double layer of felt.
Composition: 100% woven felt in pure virgin wool
Daily cleaning: rug beater or vacuum cleaner without brushes.
Periodical cleaning: professional dry cleaning. Do not hand wash nor machine wash.
Stains: small stains, combination of water and mild soap; oil stains, solvents.
