Paradise, Snakes and the Light

The Featured Editions are presented at the imm cologne for the sixth time. And this year we present the winners for the best installations.
By combining the three traditional materials of wood, glass and metal, Alfredo Häberli has put his name to ago table, a pioneering project whose impacting graphical signature reinterprets the great classics of Scandinavian design in a more contemporary key. The unquestioned protagonist of this table is its technical structure which, as well as contributing to define the aesthetic content, also allows for considerable flexibility. It has legs in natural or dark stained solid oak, which are hooked to a black or white painted steel structure.
Ago has thick, solid oak tops designed according to an innovative technological project, with soft and curved edges exalting the sculptural quality of solid wood. Available in a “total wood” version the same colour as the oak legs, they can be had in a choice of shapes: round (120 and 135 cm in diameter), oval (90x200 and 100x240), rectangular (90x200 and 90x240), square (120x120 and 135x135) and triangular with rounded corners, providing the ideal solution to the most diverse requirements of the household environment.
