The Honken family started as a generously spacious armchair that also doubles as an intimate two-seater sofa, made of durable steel and expanded metal, and with turned legs of solid oak. Now in a smaller and in a bigger version! With the hope of creating a true classic, the designer Thomas Bernstrand has given Honken all the conditions for a very long life. With a frame made of sturdy 30 mm tubing, a bottom plate of 6 mm steel and a sitting basket of expanded metal this frame is torsionally rigid and impact resistant and will survive even the toughest environments. And, when you give up, a new owner will take over, stretch out, put on a new coat of paint and sew new cushions. This also makes Honken a good choice as a long-lasting product. Honken is available in various versions; with a high or low back cushion and without a back cushion. With the accessories Honken Workstation, the easy chair becomes its own little universe where one can relax and work alternately. Honken Workstation is ideal for schools, universities, libraries, hotels, offices and workplaces of all kinds. ![Honken S 066 01](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_697xAUTO_fit_center-center_none/Honken-S_066_01.jpg)![Honken S 070 01](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_697xAUTO_fit_center-center_none/Honken-S_070_01.jpg)![Honken Sxl 22](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_697xAUTO_fit_center-center_none/Honken-SXL-22.jpg)![Honken S 068 01](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_697xAUTO_fit_center-center_none/Honken-S_068_01.jpg) ![Honken S 069 01](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_697xAUTO_fit_center-center_none/Honken-S_069_01.jpg)![Honken S 071 01](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_697xAUTO_fit_center-center_none/Honken-S_071_01.jpg)![Honken S 067 01](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_697xAUTO_fit_center-center_none/Honken-S_067_01.jpg)![Bla Station Oesterlen3419](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_697xAUTO_fit_center-center_none/Bla-Station_Oesterlen3419.jpg) ![Honken Sxl 21](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_697xAUTO_fit_center-center_90_none/Honken-SXL-21.jpg) - Request a quote - [Manufacturer's Product-Info](http://www.blastation.com/products/product-families/honken/honken-s) - [Manufacturer's website](http://www.blastation.com/) All Honken products - [![HONKEN XL](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/Honken-XL_064_01.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/bla-station/honken-xl) - [![HONKEN S](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/Honken-S_065_01.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/bla-station/honken-s) - [![HONKEN O143](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/HONKEN-O143-01.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/bla-station/honken-o143) - [![HONKEN O141](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/HONKEN-O141-04.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/bla-station/honken-o141) - [![HONKEN O142+](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/HONKEN-O142-06.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/bla-station/honken-o142-1) - [![HONKEN O142](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/HONKEN-O142-02_180523_131605.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/bla-station/honken-o142) - [All products by Blå Station @ Stylepark](https://www.stylepark.com/en/products/manufacturer/bla-station) - [Blå Station @ Stylepark](https://www.stylepark.com/en/manufacturer/bla-station) Blå Station Related Articles [DESIGN A stool as a tool 9/1/2026 Stylepark is raffling off the stackable “Bimbo” stool by Blå Station in the color of your choice according to Blå Station Colour Chart!](https://www.stylepark.com/en/news/bla-station-bimbo-stool-wood-raffle-win-stylepark-magazine)
