BAU by the dozen – from Caparol to Sto

Ply lends floors a three-dimensional touch. The successful collection traces geometric and amorphous designs to create expressive flooring. The three-dimensional effect is based on the interplay of two harmoniously coordinated colors as well as on the for
mal structures resulting from dropped tufts. The partial absence of woven tufts makes the subsurface more evident and determines the design. Singly and doubly lifted tufts, combined with the absence of the loops, create the structure. The result is a surf
ace that is both modern in design and hard-wearing and low-maintenance in use. Ply is ideal for offices and public buildings as well as for bank lobbies and advice bureaus.
Ply designs create fine reliefs from geometric and organic shapes. In addit
ion to a variant in loop pile, some designs are available as frisé, a combination of loop pile and cut pile. With 12 select color combinations the woven carpet underlines the individual atmosphere. In addition to classical variations of sand, gray and bro
wn, fashionable alternatives in aubergine, blue and black are compelling in their subtle modernity.
The new collection comprises Ply Crust, Ply Grass, Ply Crystal and Ply Brush.
