The media company Condé Nast Germany has moved to the Richard Meier Building in Munich after an extensive redesign.
The Lebeau round table by Patrick Jouin, first presented in 2003, has been developed to also include a version with a majestic base made entirely from solid wood. The highly sophisticated carpentry craftsmanship of the piece highlights Cassina’s consolidated expertise in working with wood. The delicate appearance of the table’s base reveals itself to be a solid architectural construction able to sturdily carry the table top.
The structure of the Lebeau Wood table is made of 22 slats of solid bent ash-wood, skilfully produced and assembled in the brand’s historic carpentry workshop. MedaMade is a registered trademark that guarantees the quality and the uniqueness of Cassina’s production, meticulously carried out in Meda in the Brianza area of northern Italy. Here the most modern and sophisticated machinery is combined with the manual skill of the craftsmen who manage each stage of production.
