KIMONO

KIMONO – this sofa is like a big hug as well as being a quality, elegant piece of furniture. Inspired by the primarily geometric design language of Japanese product culture, the all-round backrest is a stylistic representation of sleeves, reinforcing the name of the design and being its main distinguishing feature. KIMONO is available either with a high or a low back- rest depending simply on the functional requirement and backrest comfort preferred by the customer. The deliberately large number of scatter cushions act as avital contrast to the formal stringency of the design. The length and depth of the sofa have been selected so that it can also be used as a bed.
