The name conceals Florian Kallus and Sebastian Schneider, both trained cabinet-makers who got to know each other while studying product design at the Münster University of Applied Sciences. In 2011 they opened the kaschkasch design office for product development in Cologne. Their work was immediately successful, including a German Design Award jury nomination as best newcomers of 2013. Their creative palette extends fro m coat stands to tables, chairs and lamps. With BULB, a mouth-blown glass coat hook for Schönbuch, they are exhibiting a further aspect of their talent.
