I have tried to give a new look to an ancient technique replacing the brackets and bonds traditionally used as connecting elements by the twinning of one cane to the next. Thanks to this innovative solution we have achieved a strong, flexible and lightweight structure. This is how Fontal evolves into a warm, likeable and luxurious seat in the true sense of the word.” Collection with structure made of peeled and tinted natural rattan 28 mm/1.1” in diameter. Finished with a three step coating (dye, base coat and top coat) highly resistant to solar radiation thanks to UV filters. Two cushion options, seat manufactured in natural tinted wicker (“octagonal wicker”) and upholstered in natural leather, faux leather or pure virgin wool fabric. Protective caps with exchangeable inserts, plastic-felt. - Request a quote - [Manufacturer's Product-Info](https://www.expormim.com/products/fontal-barstool/) - [Manufacturer's website](https://www.expormim.com/) All Fontal products - [![Fontal upholstered low stool T017 U](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/manufacturers/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/T017-U-fontal.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/expormim/fontal-upholstered-low-stool-t017-u) - [![Fontal upholstered high barstool T019 U](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/T019-U-fontal_200331_105913.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/expormim/fontal-upholstered-high-barstool-t019-u) - [![Fontal upholstered barstool T018 U](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/T018-U-fontal.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/expormim/fontal-upholstered-barstool-t018-u) - [![Fontal upholstered dining armchair T011 C](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/T011-C-fontal.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/expormim/fontal-upholstered-dining-armchair-t011-c) - [![Fontal upholstered dining chair T010 C](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/T010-C-fontal.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/expormim/fontal-upholstered-dining-chair-t010-c) - [![Fontal upholstered dining armchair T011 U](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/manufacturers/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/T011-U-fontal.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/expormim/fontal-upholstered-dining-armchair-t011-u) - [![Fontal upholstered dining chair T010 U](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/manufacturers/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/T010-U-fontal.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/expormim/fontal-upholstered-dining-chair-t010-u) - [![Fontal armchair T012 R](https://www.stylepark.com/assets/transformations/articles/_350x225_crop_center-center_none/T012-R-fontal-1.jpg)](https://www.stylepark.com/en/expormim/fontal-armchair-t012-r) - [All products by Expormim @ Stylepark](https://www.stylepark.com/en/products/manufacturer/expormim) - [Expormim @ Stylepark](https://www.stylepark.com/en/manufacturer/expormim) Expormim Related Articles [DESIGN A living tradition 11/1/2026 Stylepark is raffling off the “Gres low barstool” by Expormim amongst all subscribers to the Stylepark newsletter!](https://www.stylepark.com/en/news/expormim-gres-stool-rattan-craft-design-stylepark-magazine) [FEATURED Creating a Sense of Well-Being 9/3/2026 “Brae” is Expormim's new modular outdoor sofa system, which celebrates fluid transitions.
