Product description

Sometimes a place guides inspiration. As proof of this: the TNP armchair designed by Christophe Pillet for the Villeurbanne Théâtre National Populaire (the former Palais du Travail based on the Stalinist model) when it was made over in 2011. Just like the

building that houses it, the armchair is both flashy and minimalist. It is a universal, versatile armchair made from a simple material – metal – as a nod to the world of work and manufacturing. It is perfectly at home in many different environments, incl

uding restaurants, bars and offices. It is a highly graphical piece, with a silhouette which resembles the shadow of the TNP logo. Made from stainless steel, this piece gave Christophe the opportunity to get involved in a world he loves – and to get stuck

in at the production unit! Working with Fermob enabled him to refine the technical specifications of the piece, which features curved sheets welded directly onto the steel tube frame.
