The Slurp Stool presents a playful, sculptural approach to seating design. Created in a hand-signed limited edition of five, the Slurp Stool showcases Henrik Ødegaard’s characteristic method of cutting into sheets of wood to create perforation-as-pattern, then finishing forms with a thick glossy lacquer. Each Slurp Stool is handmade, which means small differences occur from piece to piece, reinforcing the uniqueness of every stool.

Crafted from solid pine and lacquered in a glossy treatment, the Slurp Stool balances whimsical form with practical function. Each stool is delivered with a complimentary 70 x 100 cm PROPS poster, connecting the object to the wider PROPS collection and underlining the curatorial context. The limited edition status makes the Slurp Stool a collectible object for design enthusiasts and collectors who appreciate craft-led production and narrative-led works.

Whether placed as an accent in a living room, used as occasional seating, or displayed within a gallery setting, the Slurp Stool captures attention through its bold silhouette and tactile finish. Its compact dimensions make the Slurp Stool versatile, easily integrating into a range of interiors while remaining a conversation-starting design piece.
