Kaskad design Christina Fürst, 1992. This table was a prize-winner in the Swedish Furniture Research Institute's design competition in 1992 and received the "Excellent Swedish Design" award in 1993.
Kaskad can be used as a coffee table, side table,
lamp table or occasional table - either singly or together with others. The tabletop lifts off easily, and the underframe folds up swiftly and simply. The underframe, available in heights of 460, 550 and 620 mm, is made of solid oiled oak with accents in
walnut. Tabletops come in glass or slate, or a veneered finish. Veneered tops with matching edging strips in solid wood come in natural-coloured oak, birch, beech, masur birch (or "flamy birch"), ash or cherry, or a choice of eight coloured lacquer finis
hes. Castors and an undershelf are available as optional accessories.
