The working of the tubular steel structure and base is of thehighest quality: the base is bent into shape with no visible solderjoints or screws.

The armchair and its footstool may be complemented with pedestal/occasional tables, the stems of which are made from the samebordeaux or black lacquered steel tubing as that used for the baseand structure of the armchair and footstool, set between a baseand top in white Carrara or black Marquinia marble. The same construction can be seen in the low table, the black orwhite marble top of which are linked by 3 stems in bordeaux orblack lacquered steel.
