The Calot table lamp, designed by Patrick Zulauf, is distinguished by a pared-down, precise formal language that emphasizes proportions, materiality and the quality of light. The lamp pairs a chromed steel structure with a white base, creating a subtle contrast between reflective metal and a restrained supporting volume. Its cylindrical vertical silhouette is deliberately understated, presenting a slim, focused presence that directs attention to craftsmanship and clarity of form.

With a compact footprint and controlled light output, Calot is well suited to side tables, bedside surfaces and reading corners, as well as to use within hospitality and project interiors that require unobtrusive lighting elements. The lamp’s measured aesthetic and considered material choices allow it to integrate smoothly with wood, stone or textile surroundings, contributing to a calm and architectonic interior expression. Designers and specifiers value Calot for its formal coherence, meticulous execution and its ability to perform lighting tasks with discretion and reliability in contemporary residential and contract environments.
