Marie Christine Dorner has designed a sofa for Ligne Roset that calmly faces surprises.
This year, Ligne Roset is especially proud to welcome into the collection the work of a designer as renowned as Marc Berthier. To be fair, anyone who has worked alongside Gio Ponti, Olivier Mourgue, Gae Aulenti, Marc Held or Joe Colombo, who has won the Grand Prix National de la création industrielle in France, the Premio Compassio d’Oro in Italy, the Form Design Awards in Germany and the New York Design Awards cannot really be called a ‘young talent’, but he has trained many of those who have now become recognized talents.
Faithful to his principle of striving for lightness, he has designed 3 tables and desks which are notable for the purity and sobriety of their lines and whose overriding characteristic is their magnificent cast aluminium bases in the shape of an inverted V, linked by a robust central beam.
MATEODESK – A small desk for the home with a double top.
TEOFFICE – A pared-down desk with a highly functional vocation, offering a vast work surface and equipped with cable ports.
TEOMEETING– An original and majestic fixed table characterized by a removable runner with a concealed storage chest beneath.
|Table finish||four-legged table|
|Table top shape||rectangular|
