Highbrow discussions by the fireside

Freezing cold temperatures and a sprinkling of snow lay in store for visitors to the imm cologne fair on the banks of the Rhine. Against the setting of this magical, long-awaited winter atmosphere Stylepark, AD Magazin, and Marc Meiré had invited guests to a soirée to round out the first day of the fair. This was the fourth time it has been held, such that it has become something of a highlight of the hustle and bustle of the fair. Enjoying an open fire, champagne, and finger-food delicacies, some 280 guests from the worlds of design, architecture, art, and the media exchanged ideas and opinions in Marc Meiré’s striking home. The numerous illustrious guests, including Werner Aisslinger, Mr. and Mrs. Boros, Sebastian Herkner, Richard Hutten, Jan Kath, Steffen Kehrle, Richard Lampert, and Amandus Sattler, enjoyed themselves until the early hours of the morning.
