Terry Dwan presents two new tables made of completely natural materials for RIVA 1920. Inspired by "primitive" forms, they bring to the fore nature's own forms.

The study of the geometrical forms found in nature - a preoccupation also

of Rudolf Steiner's (the Austrian philosopher, founder of the anthroposophical movement) - is the defining feature of the table Bedrock Block (a hexagonal table), while the rectangular table Bedrock Plank reflects the spontaneity and irregularity of natu

re.

The natural solid walnut of the top combines with the rough iron of the base, forged and welded by human hand.
