The revitalisation of the Centre focused on ‘New Work, Culture and Lifestyle’: stylish, comfortable and highly functional. GraviVent was chosen for the air conditioning of the offices and conference rooms. The silent gravity cooling system is based on the principle of natural convection and requires no additional fans. The low-maintenance system is normally installed behind plasterboard walls. In this case, however, the wall surfaces were also intended to serve an acoustic function and, through their materiality, ensure a high quality of stay. Together, Kinzo and TTC developed a solution that combines technical, acoustic and aesthetic requirements. The GraviVent elements are concealed here behind acoustically effective, micro-perforated wooden panels. The air ducts required for cooling also act as a buffer space to reduce noise. An additional insulation layer completes the structure and ensures optimal room acoustics. The result is impressive to see, hear and feel in every respect. The timber panelling design is just one example of the possibilities offered by GraviVent x Acoustics. Structures made of PET felt and perforated sheet metal are also suitable as visible panels. - Request a quote - [Manufacturer's Product-Info](https://ttc-technology.eu/en/product/gravivent-gravity-cooling/) - [Manufacturer's website](https://www.ttc-technology.de/de/) - [All products by TTC Timmler Technology @ Stylepark](https://www.stylepark.com/en/products/manufacturer/ttc-timmler-technology) - [TTC Timmler Technology @ Stylepark](https://www.stylepark.com/en/manufacturer/ttc-timmler-technology) TTC Timmler Technology Related Articles [FEATURED One wall, three functions 9/10/2026 TTC Timmler Technology and Kinzo Architects have developed a system called GraviVent® x Akustik for a new office space in the Center am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin that optimally combines cooling, sound absorption, and interior finishing.](https://www.stylepark.com/en/news/ttc-timmler-technology-kinzo-gavivent-berlin-akustik-stylepark-magazine) [FEATURED New Layers of Time 10/6/2023 Luminaires by TTC Timmler Technology were selected for the modernization of the former Hanomag headquarters in Hanover; they serve to link the existing building with the new architectural elements that have now been added.](https://www.stylepark.com/en/news/tcctimmlertechnology-studio-dl-lighting-design-hanomag-hannover-stylepark-magazine) [FEATURED Harbor light 10/3/2022 The KAI 8B office building, equipped with luminaires from TTC Timmler Technology, forms a new luminous building block in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen.](https://www.stylepark.com/en/news/ttc-ado-lights-medienhafen-stylepark) [FEATURED Luminous landscape 11/25/2021 The new Volksbank area houses several functions in one large building complex.
