Emanating in patterns

A luminaire whose light source remains hidden: Stefan Diez has designed “Guise” for Vibia.
CITRUS is a pendant lamp whose deign and light quality give it a huge impact. It is also capable of illuminating large areas with the sophisticated fusion of the materials used and its unique shape. The light from this piece is visually attractive because it diffuses in such a way that one cannot make out where it comes from. Designed by Oscar & Sergi Devesa and produced by Vibia, as a pendant lamp it is a highly distinctive piece.
Inside it consists of a spherical diffuser which is surprising because its inside is actually concave. Apart from making the piece very light, this solution totally conceals the pendant system and the light source, which are never visible. These design solutions, though apparently simple, are the result of a determination to seek technical excellence with the product. On the outside the diffuser is covered in a series of pieces of aluminium which recall the segments of a citrus fruit and finished in a gloss lacquer which gives it a sophisticated, elegant look.
Its construction, easy installation and maintenance and its design make CITRUS the perfect pendant lamp for larger rooms requiring good general lighting with a high visual impact and an touch of exquisite design.
