With "Goodman" Milano Bedding makes the sofa bed the center of the room. For this purpose, designer Alessandro Elli created a modular piece of furniture that, thanks to its soft, curved shapes and fine lines, fits elegantly into a wide variety of interiors – whether in the contract sector or in one's own home. Elli was inspired by pebbles and their variety of shapes: "If you try to squeeze a handful of them you realize that they are different in size and color, but they all have the same characteristic, they have no edges. Hence the soft design of Goodman, in which the wide curves and the connections on all sides translate into a sofa with generous proportions and guaranteed comfort even in the sofa-bed version," he says of the concept. Accordingly, not only the sofa itself, but also the associated elements such as the triangular poufs and coffee tables or rectangular armrests, each of which have rounded corners, offer various configurations. All three elements are upholstered and are available in both solid color and quilted versions with an expressive octagonal pattern. Taken together, they can form individual seating landscapes that give the respective room a striking appearance.

"Goodman" is available with two- or three-seater modules and in a total of four sizes. It can be converted into a full-sized maxi-single bed, a standard or a French double bed, and is also available as a maxi-sleeper with a single bed and integrated single mattress. This allows for small rectilinear sofa beds with two or three seats, as well as large angular or semi-circular configurations – including sofa beds with one armrest, two armrests or no armrests. In addition, there are sofa beds that can be used as islands or mobile peninsulas. There is also a large selection of fabric, leather and imitation leather covers available, which can be customized thanks to a wide range of colors. "Goodman" convinces not only by its design possibilities, but also by its functionality: due to the comfortable Lampolet mechanism, the sofa bed can be transformed into a comfortable bed in just a few steps. When converting, simply remove the seat cushion, pull out the bed drawer and spread out the electro-welded bed base. Milano Bedding thus proves once again that a successful combination of the aesthetics of a designer sofa and the comfort of a bed is possible – which, in the case of "Goodman", can also confidently become the center of the room.
