Stella

A steel ribbon is folded to create a star shape: the result is Stella, the coat rack that Alessandro Mendini and Francesco Mendini have come up with for Caimi Brevetti. A precious but simple object resembling a star at home or in the office. Stella is comfort: it takes its place in our home space with its light and poetic personality. It is made in coated steel with the distinctive multifolded metal ribbon workmanship. Stella is either a single coat rack, fitted with 5 arms for clothing and 4 knobs for bags or coats, or as a unit with 3 arms, with a total of 15 arms for clothing and 12 knobs for bags or coats. Both coat racks come in four colours specifically selected by Alessandro and Francesco Mendini for this collection.
