Minimal Art

The exhibition "minimal and beyond", which has been running from October 22, 2011 and continues until June 24, 2012 at Hamburger Kunsthalle, shows just how radically Minimal Art has changed the concept of art since the 1960s. It features not only sculptures, objects and pictures, but also photographs, drawings and videos.

STADTplus

Frankfurt/Main was built in the 1920s: quickly, extensively, and with an experimental approach. Art historian Helen Barr will be giving a lecture on November 2 showing how much of these residential experiments has survived in terms of new architectural technologies, development structures, layout plans, furnishing and design. The venue is Deutsches Architekturmuseum in Frankfurt/Main.
