The different shapes, colours and materials come together like in a landscape. The inspiration for the designs came from the 'Salinas de Maras', the terraced salt-evaporating ponds in the Peruvian Andes, created by the Incas more than 700 years ago. Salin
as de Maras is available in three different designs (square, rectangular and stripes) and in three colour combinations: ash gold, salty white and black sapphire. In addition to the standard 2 x 2 and 2 x 3 metre sizes, you can increase the rug dimensions
linearly. Salinas de Maras consists of a mix of yarns: New Zealand wool, silk, viscose, cotton and linen, varying in pile height from 10 to 60 mm and combining parts of cut pile and loop pile.
