My work is based on dialogue and observation. In this exchange with clients, providers, makers, I especially like to learn on materials, technologies and thus history to create the right methodology for the project. My everyday experiences and observations also feeds my design practice. In 2008, he received a Master's from the École Superieure of Art & Design in Reims and before in 2004 a degree in multimedia from Belfort-Montbéliard University. He also studied in Istanbul Technical University in 2006. Following his studies, Jean-Charles began to work with designer Robert Stadler and now and then with Pierre Charpin, before founding his own studio in 2013. In parallel with thinking food design platform, he pursue personal projects.
