Hi I’m Marco! I’m a senior industrial designer and a senior design manager in a wonderful design team at a magnificent company. In my 15-plus years of experience I’m accumulated expertise in various fields and led trailblazing design projects for Loewe and other well known companys.

Today I am part of the Hisense family in an interdisciplinary team and move forward with a creative heart, constructive mind and holistic thinking in the field of tension between technology, product design and corporate development.

I’m a wholehearted designer and winner of numerous international design awards. I have a strong interest in hands-on design thinking, minimalistic design and inventive problem solving that gives invaluable guidance to the involved engineers.

I’ve studied Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design and graduated in Integrated Product Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Coburg. I like the mountains, cold beer and to cycle through the Franconian Hills.

A good friend of mine once said: “Marco is very difficult to describe. You never know what he’s going to do or what he’s going to say. He’s incredibly humorous, exceptionally creative and always good for a surprise. If he would work in the confectionery industry, he would be the Franconian Willy Wonka”.
