Lammhults is launching Archal, an elegant aluminum chair by Danish designers Johannes Foersom & Peter Hiort-Lorenzen. The cast aluminum chair is scaled down and poetic, designed for conferences and public settings, but equally comfortable in

a design-conscious home interior.

The designers themselves

confirm that they wanted to challenge the existing Lammhults collection with a chair made using a brand new technique. The Archal chair is cast in aluminum and comes in different versions: with or without armrests, as a swivel chair or a st

ackable chair. The seat shell is made from molded wood veneer (ash or wenge) and is also available with a fully or partially upholstered seat and back.

ts surroundings, and always aim to create strong yet tranquil design. As Peter explains: "The hardest aspect of our work is reaching the point where our design is completely distinct, a point where all the ‘noise' has been removed from the design." Over t
