The Hoppy is a round shaped suspension light based on the mathematical principals of Buckminster Fuller's geodesic domes. The Hoppy is made from polyethylene and will be sold as a flat package, meaning the consumer has to build it himself. Constructio
n works a bit like putting a jigsaw puzzle together, because Hoppy requires assembling different flat plastic patterns together until you get a ball-shaped light. Once built, the pattern in the plastic Hoppy sheds light in a visually enchanting way. Hoppy
comes in red, white and orange, and can be used in restaurants, bars or simply at home.
