VERA

An object to decorate with light, a name that evokes an illusion. VERA is an essential and silent table lamp, a transparent volume that seems to defy matter. When switched on, a bulb appears inside: a small heart of light suspended in emptiness. When turned off, everything disappears. Only the glass remains, clear and unexpected. A presence that plays with perception, balancing between what is real and what is imagined. The shape is a synthesis of pure geometries: a borosilicate glass cone embraces a cylindrical aluminium base. Inside, a sophisticated optical system works by refraction, simultaneously producing direct, indirect, and diffused light. The reflector, mirrored on the upper part and made of matte white polycarbonate on the lower part, delivers precise and comfortable light, capable of accompanying the space without overwhelming it. VERA is a table lamp for indoor use with diffused light, designed to create atmospheres. The light intensity can be adjusted via a dimmer integrated into the base, allowing to shift from a soft presence to a more vibrant glow (18W, 2700K or 3000K). Available in matt black, brushed bronze, and natural aluminium finishes, VERA was also presented in a Special and Limited Edition in lacquered amaranth produced for Volumnia. VERA is a vision that appears and disappears. A lamp that does not show the light, but reveals it.
